Items purchased from Ifoulki can, in most cases, be returned within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you may try and assess the products as you would in a physical store. If you wish to return a product, it must be in the same condition as received, without any damage. You may remove products from their packaging unless the packaging is sealed.
If you choose to return products, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance by completing the return form on our website or by using the withdrawal model form below. You may also inform us by sending an email to: info@ifoulkiarganoil.com. Please note that products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
Processing Your Return
Once we have received your return shipment, we will assess the returned items and process your refund. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 3 days. The shipping costs for the return shipment are covered by us.
